Farhan Ibrahim has served as an inspector in the Singapore Police Force during his national service. His personal experience of transacting his own property inspired him to pursue a career as a real estate advisor.
After conducting extensive research, he realised the benefits of engaging an agent to save time and effort, allowing him to spend more quality time with his family.

A couple had applied for a Built-To-Order (BTO) flat four times, but unfortunately, they were unsuccessful each time. They wanted a place of their own and couldn't afford to wait any longer. They decided to explore the resale market but were clueless about the process.
I met the couple and listened to their story. They were frustrated and didn't know where to begin. I understood their situation and offered to help them find a suitable home.
The first step was to assess their financial situation and determine their affordability. After analyzing their income, expenses, and savings, I concluded that they could afford a resale flat within their desired location and budget.
Based on their affordability and preferences, I proposed a solution that would work best for them. We decided to focus on a few selected areas with good amenities and transport links.
We also discussed the type of property they were looking for, the number of bedrooms, and any other specific requirements they had.
Once we had a clear plan, I guided the couple through the entire process from A to Z. We started by searching for suitable properties online and scheduling viewings. During each viewing, I pointed out any potential issues and highlighted the property's strengths.
After four viewings, the couple fell in love with a beautiful three-bedroom flat in a convenient location. I negotiated with the seller's agent on their behalf, and we managed to agree on a fair price.
From start to finish, the entire process took five months to complete. The couple was overjoyed with their new home and expressed their gratitude for my assistance throughout the process.
In the end, the couple's BTO application was turned down more than once, but with my help and guidance, they were able to find their dream home on the resale market. I was delighted to help them achieve their goal of owning their own home.
